M & Team Construction LLC is a family-owned and operated general contracting company proudly based in Chino Valley, Arizona. Since 2017, we’ve helped homeowners and builders across Northern Arizona complete high-quality remodels, concrete projects, additions, and new builds — with craftsmanship you can see and reliability you can count on.

M & Team Construction was founded by siblings Mario and Adriana Muñoz, built on a legacy of hard work, skill, and trust.

Our journey began with block walls. Mario learned the trade at a young age, working alongside his father — a respected craftsman known for precision masonry. Over time, that foundation grew into a full-service construction company capable of handling everything from structural renovations to full home builds.

As the company expanded, Adriana stepped in to strengthen operations behind the scenes — streamlining systems, communication, scheduling, and the overall customer experience. Her leadership helped the company grow without losing the personal attention and quality that define our work.
